About the Role

This physically demanding position requires candidates to work outdoors, at heights, and to travel as needed. If you are a hard worker, enjoy being outdoors, and thrive in a team environment, this role is for you. Successful candidates must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Measuring distances from grade stakes, driving stakes, and stretching tight lines.
2. Bolts, nails, aligns, and blocks up under forms.
3. Signaling equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
4. Leveling earth to fine grade specifications using appropriate tools.
5. Mixing concrete with float, trowel, and screed.
6. Positioning, joining, aligning, and sealing pipe sections.
7. Erecting scaffolding, shoring, and braces.
8. Spraying materials such as water, sand, steam, or paint through hoses to clean, coat, or seal crevices.
9. Grinding, sanding, or polishing surfaces like concrete, marble, terrazzo, or wood flooring.
10. Performing tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools, such as demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, and installing insulation.
11. Working collaboratively with others to accomplish tasks.

Physical demands include lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally, 40-50 pounds frequently, along with climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling tasks. Work is typically performed with other team members, with minimal supervision once tasks are assigned. All safety rules must be obeyed and followed on the job site, promoting a safe work environment.
