Job description

Aireco Supply, Inc., a leading HVAC/R distributor serving Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Delaware, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker/Driver for its Frankford, DE branch location. In this role, you will work alongside experienced counter sales personnel to deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and components to businesses. Primary responsibilities include completing orders, stocking materials, operating forklifts, loading trucks, and making deliveries. This person must be able to work and function as a positive team member and contribute to reaching branch goals.

Job Functions:

1. Completing orders including shipping, receiving, and deliveries
2. Performing loading and unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
3. Pulling and staging orders for the company delivery truck
4. Assisting to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse
5. Operating forklifts safely and responsibly
6. Assisting with the delivery of materials to customers or jobsites
7. Basic knowledge of HVAC products and other trade materials
8. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to assist customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
10. Positive attitude towards learning
11. Strong communication and organizational skills
12. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
2. Must be 21 years or older to apply
3. Ability to lift more than 70 pounds
4. Able to pass a DOT physical
5. Positive attitude and team player
6. Basic knowledge of the trade and math skills
