Job description

Location: Puyallup, WA

Pay: $23-26/hr. DOE

Shift: 1st, M-F 6:30am - 3pm

Benefits: Yes, full benefits after 60 days!

What to expect: This role will work in the 70% in the warehouse and 30% as delivery driver, driving as needed during normal work hours. Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card will be required.

  • Pull material for orders using an order picker, stand-up reach truck or sit down lift truck
  • Driving delivery van to local vendors, 26-foot Box Truck single axle
  • Perform daily lift truck safety inspections prior to equipment operation
  • Locate/transport finished goods to prepare product for shipment
  • Check inventory and use a handheld bar code scanner for inventory tracking
  • Package orders as needed for safe and proper shipment
  • Do product counts and weigh and tag the product
  • Wrap loads with a shrink wrapper and load goods on and off a truck
  • Complete and turn in all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Perform system inquiries, transactions, and updates in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Use parcel shipping software to ship orders
  • Participate in lift truck training and general safety training sessions
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months experience safely and efficiently operating a sit down or stand-up lift truck
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Record of driving history will be required at time of interviews
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or must be able to obtain - physical and full drug test included
