Job summary

Knoxville Beverage Company is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Material Handler for the day shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, in Knoxville, TN. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with courtesy pay if the shift ends early but paid for the full hours.

Responsibilities include replenishing pick locations using FIFO, stocking and organizing inventory, pulling orders, inspecting products, and operating forklifts safely. Must lift up to 50 lb and work on concrete all day.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse/general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally and 30-35 pounds repetitively.
• Able to bend, stretch, kneel, lift, stand and walk on concrete for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing pick locations using FIFO principles based on daily shipping needs.
• Stocking and maintaining inventory levels in bins.
• Organizing stock and maintaining inventory.
• Inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Repacking loose product.
• Pulling and verifying customer orders.
• Following safety guidelines and attending safety meetings.
• Operating forklifts and equipment safely.
• Performing daily inspections on equipment prior to use.

Warehouse Workers leave early if all tasks have been completed and still get paid for the full shift (courtesy pay)!
