The Odom Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Day shift) in Kahului, HI. You will handle daily receiving, stocking, and pulling of product to fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires forklift/pallet jack familiarity and the ability to use company software to manage workflow. Benefits include signing/retention bonuses, PTO, holidays, and health/dental/vision coverage with a 401(k) match.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Prefers knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, and inventory procedures.
• Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsabilidades

• Verify receipts by counts/weights.
• Operate company software to direct workflow and pick sheets.
• Assemble orders on pallets for safe delivery.
• Participate in inventory cycles and safety training.

Warehouse Worker - Day - The Odom Corporation

Pay range $23.00 - $29.00 per hour Depending on Experience

• $500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment)
• $500 retention bonuses paid at 6-month and 12-month marks of employment
• Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off Annually to start (13 days)

Job Description

Responsible for the daily receiving, stocking, and pulling of product for customer orders all in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Duties &Responsibilitiesincludebutare not limitedto:

• Daily loads orunloads ofdelivery trucks.
• Counts, sorts,or weighsincoming product to verify receipt of items.
• Storesproductsin bins, racks, on floor, or on shelves according toidentifyinginformation such as style, size, brand, or type of material.
• Understands andutilizescompany specific computer systems and software to direct and control workflow.
• Reads and efficientlyworksthe customers pick sheets to accuratelydetermineitems to be gathered, palletized, and distributed.
• Ability to obtain andmaintaincase picks per hour and accuracy goals as assigned.
• Examinesstock to verify conformance to quality specifications and takes pride in products being distributed.
• Keeps all locations neat, organized, and straightened, whilemaintainingthe rotation ofproductto ensure freshness.
• Fills orders orissuessupply from stock with care, concern, and diligence.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and builds orders on pallets, effectively and safely for successful delivery.
• Accuratelydocuments thenumberof products or itemsreceived, distributed, orset aside due to damage or “out-of-date.”
• Helps to clean up all warehouse areas worked during shift by sweeping,discardingtrash, and empty boxes prior to end of shift.
• Participates in weekly, monthly, or annual inventory cycles to count appropriateSKUs.
• Participates and receives trainingcertificatefor proper and safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; orequivalentcombination of education and experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.
• Must have oracquireforklift certification.

• Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.

• The noise level in the workenvironment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
