Job Description Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes products within the warehouse by performing essential duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Load products safely into trucks according to routing manifest, avoiding breakage or damage.
2. Receive and disperse products or materials following storage methods and handling procedures.
3. Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, or product code.
4. Handle products safely during loading for delivery.
5. Prepare split case orders by selecting products based on customer invoices and packing them.
6. Arrange and rotate products following prescribed procedures.
7. Take inventory of stored products as scheduled.
8. Inspect incoming and stored products for deterioration or damage and report issues.
9. Perform quality control checks to ensure correct loading.
10. Securely seal trucks after loading.
11. Follow all safety rules, maintain a clean work environment, and report accidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, or 6-12 months related experience.
• Ability to read simple words and numbers, print and speak basic sentences.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions.
• Possession of or ability to obtain certificates for safe driving and operation of equipment like forklifts and cherry pickers; CDL may be required.
• Must be able to drive forklift and trucks safely.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform other physical tasks.
• Comfort working near moving mechanical parts and exposure to fumes, varying weather conditions, and noise.
