Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $15.50 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

The Warehouse Worker will perform tasks related to shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role is critical to supporting our supply chain and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
