Hiring Warehouse Worker and Driver with 2 years of relevant work experience

95 Traffic Safety Supply is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker with driving responsibilities to join our logistics team. This dual-role position combines general warehouse duties with the ability to transport company assets and assist with deliveries as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Warehouse and Logistics Operations :

• Receive, unload, and break down incoming freight, including sorting, repacking, and labeling.
• Pick and pack orders according to company and customer specifications.
• Stage and load pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies.
• Process returns and restocks items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Accurately use ERP systems to track inventory and order status.
• Enforce warehouse safety and security protocols.

Driving and Delivery :

• Transport company assets between warehouse and customer locations.
• Assist with the delivery and unloading of products at customer sites.
• Comply with all company policies, DOT, FMCSA, and traffic regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic driving logs (ELDs).
• Report any incidents, violations, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all traffic laws to ensure safe transportation of goods and passengers.

Requirements :

Experience and Qualifications :

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand / walk for extended periods.
• Familiarity with DOT requirements and ELDs.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and basic computer use.
• Must pass pre-employment drug / alcohol screening, DOT physical, background check, and MVR review.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to lift, carry, and unload heavy materials.
• Good vision and manual dexterity for vehicle operation and equipment handling.
