Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN is hiring a Warehouse Worker Nights to operate scales, palletize, and ship orders while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role includes basic maintenance, stock rotation, and forklift operation training.

You will work 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and benefits begin after 60 days. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold environment.

• Demonstrated basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Responsibilities

• Operation and basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station.
• Stacking boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework by repairing cases or identifying cases for return.
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Rotate stock as required.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load trucks with equipment and by hand up to 50 pounds per case.
• Fill customer orders using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean through daily sanitation.
• Report shipping problems to Supervisor or Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Constant repetition of stacking boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets which are segregated by product code
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required.
• Operates forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Reports shipping problems or concerns to Supervisor of Lead Person immediately.
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
