Job Description

Green Rabbit is seeking a 2nd shift warehouse associate. Starting pay is $16.50/hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 3 pm - 11:30 pm. We deliver essential goods supporting America's food distribution system in a safe and inclusive environment, with growth opportunities and various employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Picker

• Use an automated headset system to retrieve inventory from shelves.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment by correctly placing items in boxes.
• Maintain an efficient picking pace to meet daily quotas.

Shipper

• Interpret prompts to identify products for shipment.
• Package products securely and perform quality checks.
• Collaborate with other departments like cart and box building.

Assist with other warehouse duties as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift repeatedly, and lift up to 90 pounds.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug and background tests.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Experience in foodservice distribution or related industry.
