Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle warehousing duties including the physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, receive inbound loads, count inventory with BD&L, and rotate stock while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory preferred.
• Prior experience using forklift and powered rider pallet jack preferred. Ability to obtain PIT certification upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Receive and process inbound loads.
• Count inventory and process BD&L for daily inventory counts.
• Restock and replenish product and materials, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other warehouse positions as needed.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for warehousing duties including the physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Receive and process inbound loads.
• Count inventory and process breakage, damage, and loss (BD&L) for daily inventory counts.
• Manually restock and replenish product and materials, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Fill in for other warehouse positions as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
• Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons.

Pay

$19.00 an hour
