Warehouse Worker Details :

• hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 03 : 30pm)

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be performing the saw activity of the warehouse in connection with filling orders for Customers or other Company locations. The Warehouse Associate will need to adheres to good safety and housekeeping habits, fills orders for shipment using warehouse work order to identify items to be shipped.

• Operates Band Saw to cut warehouse materials to dimensional specifications. Selects material for optimum yield from stock to be cut, may move stock from storage, and loads saws for maximum productivity, minimizing waste.
• Identify material shipped by marking pertinent information on the material.
• Bundle and pack shipments by strapping, wrapping, boxing.
• Uses calipers, rulers, tapes, scales to check shipments for correct size and length.
• SAW Station - Provides tool to let sales know of status of cut. Heat verification of material is made prior to processing order.

Warehouse Worker Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience using cutting tools and Band Saws
• Fork Lift, Overhead Crane, Side loader - preferred, but open to training.
• Standing for duration of shift
• Lifting 50+ lbs
• Must be able to read tape measure.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
