Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Statesville, NC to perform loading, palletizing, cleanup and other duties on a night shift (4:45pm-5:45am, Sun-Tue and Wed-Fri). The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring lifting 25-75 lbs and teamwork.

You’ll join a high-performance culture with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and paid training as you help Capstone deliver reliable supply-chain services.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred but training provided.
• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

The Opportunity
