• The primary responsibilities include friendly, helpful, and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers.
• Our warehouse contains thousands of parts for various machinery, and it is essential that employees safely ship and receive parts orders, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer expectations.
• Solid communication skills are necessary for contacting customers regarding back order status updates.
• We seek a team player to partner with parts counter staff to expedite customer orders.
• Build hydraulic hoses.
• Place & pick all shop parts orders for technicians.
• Back up the SEA parts counter for overflow.
• Drive delivery trucks (non CDL).
• Maintain tool room inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organization.
