Job Type: Full-time, On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)

Salary: $19 to $26 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this crucial role, you will play a fundamental part in the logistics and supply chain operations of our organization. Our warehouse is the backbone of our distribution process, ensuring that products are stored, processed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the products received.
• Sort and store products in designated warehouse areas using proper inventory management practices.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks and containers.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to company standards.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and manage physical labor throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
