PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: We are looking for a hard-working warehouse associate to help us in our warehouse. The warehouse worker is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock; Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock; Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages; Organizing the warehouse space; Preparing orders for shipment; Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift, pallet jack; Counting stock and keeping inventory records; Any other duties as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse; Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent time management skills; Hard working; Drug Screening will be REQUIRED. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time. EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of warehouse experience; A forklift driver’s certification is preferred. WORK CONDITIONS: Office and warehouse environment; Occasional periods of standing or sitting for extended periods of time; Required wearing of appropriate PPE; Exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises in a warehouse environment; Frequent computer and telephone use; Frequent communication with people throughout the day.
