Job summary

XL Pro Staffing in Louisiana is seeking Production Grinder Workers in Pineville for a project-based role. Pay is $12.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, delivering grinding, smoothing, and inspection to meet quality and safety standards.

The Grinder will support daily production operations, run the production line, maintain equipment, and ensure production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, following all health and safety rules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on products
• Assist with running the production line
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty
• Follow all health and safety standards
• Pack products along the line
• Move damaged products as needed
