Job summary

Sarpy Chamber is hiring a Warehouse Worker for the Distribution and Transportation Center. This full-time role runs 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, handling loading/unloading, inventory, and internal deliveries of supplies, furniture, and equipment.

You will drive student transportation vans to move students to and from school and programs, ensuring safe operation and fulfilling related tasks such as delivering lunches and mail to designated locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain Nebraska school bus driver's permit.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; check in and account for items received; store, issue, inventory and deliver supplies, furniture and equipment.
• Drive student transportation vans to bring students to and from school and programs; ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
• Deliver hot lunches to elementary schools and mail to designated locations.

Warehouse Worker - Distribution and Transportation Center

Description:

Warehousing duties include loading and unloading trucks, checking in and accounting for items received as well as storing, issuing, inventory and delivering of supplies, furniture and equipment. Warehouse workers drive student transportation vans to bring students to and from school and programs and are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle. Further responsibilities include delivering hot lunches to elementary schools and mail to designated locations.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Valid Nebraska driver's license and safe driving record verified by Department of Motor Vehicles. Must be able to successfully obtain a Nebraska school bus driver's permit. Material handling equipment experience and computer skills preferred.

Refunds for credit card payments will be issued as a check paid to the company under which the registration was made. A 10% processingfee will be deducted from the refund amount.
