Job summary

Amarr Company, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a warehouse associate in New Berlin, WI. The role involves heavy lifting (50-75lb) and driving deliveries in a 26' box truck, requiring a valid driver's license and DOT compliance.

The position is full-time with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits. You will unload, inspect, stage, and load products, assist with inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while working as part of a team in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience.
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement.
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards.
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Demonstrated history of steady employment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (between 50-75lb) mostly by hand.
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service.
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed.
• Assist with inventory and damage control.

In this position you will :

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday with occasional overtime. The pay rate is $ 2 2-24 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications . Addition al compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
