Job summary

Shearer Companies in Nashville, TN is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload freight, build crates, pick and pack orders, and enter shipping data. You will verify documents and maintain an organized area in a medical device environment.

Candidates should have 6+ months warehouse experience, forklift experience preferred, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable using shipping software while maintaining consistent attendance.

What We're Looking For

Medical device or regulated environment experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate with solid warehouse fundamentals.

Pay & Benefits

$18–$19 per hour, based on experience
