Job Summary

Responsible for supplying product to the grading line and stacking graded product onto pallets for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Stage product from coolers or other areas to packing lines as instructed
• Work with management to identify and pull the correct raw product
• Load packing lines with the correct material
• Remove and stack empty boxes from the packing lines
• Weigh and label products appropriately as they come off the packing lines
• Stack product according to order, quantity, and palletization requirements
• Move pallets from production to shipping area
• Ensure all product is removed from the production area and placed in its appropriate location
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area

Qualifications

Education: High School or GED preferred but not required

Experience: None required

Skills:

• Ability to work independently
• Acceptable productivity levels

Work Environment

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, occasional lifting up to 80 lbs
• Standing for long periods
• Frequent stooping and bending
