Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a warehouse associate in Lubbock, TX. This is a physically demanding role with heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with occasional overtime.

You will unload and inspect inbound product, pull, stage and load for customers, and provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck. Requirements include being 21+, a valid driver's license, DOT compliance, English proficiency, and a history of steady

In this position you will:

• Unload and inspect incoming product (50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and an MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7a-3:30p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $20-22 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
