Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids, LLC in Kermit, TX is seeking a Warehouse Worker to safely move products, load/unload trucks, and ensure accurate counts and proper storage. The role requires vigilance in safety and teamwork within a fast-paced, open-air facility that operates daily.

Starting pay is an hourly $25.75 plus overtime and bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package including life and disability insurance, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401K with 6% match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of Warehouse experience (oilfield related) is a plus.
• Forklift operator certification or experience is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background, fitness test and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Move products to storage areas or worksites by hand or forklift.
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks.
• Accurately count and monitor products for credit and delivery accuracy.
• Shrink-wrap materials properly for transport and storage.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and management.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with procedures.
• Drive to customer locations to deliver small loads when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse management.

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Kermit, TX. WORK LOCATION: Kermit, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that products and materials are safely conveyed to or from storage areas or worksites by appropriate methods (e.g., hand, forklift, etc.).
• Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks.
• Accurately count and monitor products to ensure proper credit and delivery.
• Ensure all materials are properly shrink-wrapped for safe transport and storage.
• Contribute to team effort by maintaining ongoing communications with warehouse office, management, and fellow personnel.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, loading/unloading area, and workstations neat, maintaining a clean shipping supply area, and complying with all Company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to drive to AES customer locations to deliver small pickup loads, air compressors, pumps, engineering equipment, etc.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Warehouse and/or Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of Warehouse experience (oilfield related) is a plus.
• Experience with inventory counts and rotations is a plus.
• Forklift operator certification or experience is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background, physical fitness test and drug screen.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Will work in a warehouse and plant open air environment, with regular exposure to drilling fluids products, (including crude oils, gases, acids, and other oilfield chemicals), occasionally, in confined spaces, and to heat, humidity, inclement weather, and noise.
• Willingness to work additional hours during the week and/or weekend.
• Overtime and flexibility is required to meet deadlines.
