Job summary

Capstone is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in Kent, WA. This hands-on role requires teamwork, reliability, safety, and consistent productivity to move freight from receiving through shipment.

You’ll help keep an organized and safe work area, load/unload freight, build pallets, and perform quality checks. Training is provided for newcomers, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

Location: Kent, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift, 5:00 AM until completion
Pay: $800–$1,000 per week
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Position Overview

Capstone is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse and distribution operations in Kent. This is a hands-on position in a fast-moving environment where teamwork, reliability, safety, and consistent productivity are essential.

As part of the warehouse team, you’ll help keep freight moving efficiently from receiving through shipment while maintaining an organized and safe work area.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Load and unload freight and materials
• Select, sort, stage, and organize products
• Move freight throughout the warehouse
• Build and wrap pallets for shipment
• Repack and prepare products as needed
• Perform freight counts, audits, and other quality checks
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and cleanup
• Follow site safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties based on business needs
