Job summary

Stelle in Hayward, CA is hiring a full-time warehouse associate to handle loading/unloading, sorting, and internal warehouse flow of parcels. You will operate a forklift/order picker, perform case/each picking, ensure proper labeling and inventory accuracy, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory checks, part-number verification, cycle counts, and support physical inventories; consolidate partial pallets into full pallets to enable location and inventory consolidation.

The opportunity

We are hiring full-time warehouse associates to handle loading/unloading, sorting, and internal warehouse flow of parcels/cartons in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying, scanning, placing, and packing. In addition to pallet (palletized) moves, this role includes manual case/each picking from full or mixed pallets. You will safely and efficiently operate a forklift/order picker and related equipment, handle carton and pallet operations, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.

Physical Condition

• Lifting and Carrying: Able to stand for extended periods and lift cartons up to [50 lbs/23 kg]
• Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push and pull wheeled carts or pallet jacks loaded with merchandise
• Bending, Stooping, and Reaching: Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently
• Physical Stamina: Demonstrate physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
