A leading company seeks a motivated Warehouse Worker to manage daily operations and inventory in a busy flooring warehouse. This role includes picking and staging materials, maintaining accuracy in inventory management, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with relevant experience in warehouse operations, and should be able to handle physical demands such as lifting heavy materials.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for managing the daily operations of a mid-size flooring warehouse.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arm, see, talk, and hear. The employee frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. (i.e., pad rolls, boxes of tile or equipment) To move it as needed. Must be able to climb, reach, squat, crawl, bend, and kneel for extended periods as well as push and pull at least 100 lbs. The incumbent is required to assist with moving carpet / pad or drive a forklift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet but can be noisy, especially when operating machinery such as a forklift, blower, etc. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases.
