Job summary

Roxtec Inc. in the United States seeks a Warehouse Worker to pick, pack, and ship customer orders while delivering a high level of Customer Service. Responsibilities include double-checking orders, labeling parts, packing, generating delivery notes, and assisting with inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Ability to drive forklift.
• Computer skills with standard office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and double check orders to ensure correct parts and quantities are shipped to customers.
• Label parts/kits as required for customer orders.
• Product packaging and assembly as required.
• Pack orders (box, crate or pallet) so that they arrive un-damaged to the customer.
• Generate delivery notes in IFS Applications (deliver orders / Shipments - basic data entry).
• Process shipments through FedEx Ship Manager & UPS Worldship.
• Prepare waybills & bills of lading online.
• Load & Unload trucks.
• Safely operate a forklift, ladders, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Check-in & put away incoming shipments. Verify actual quantity received with quantity on packing list.
• Support other departments with shipping and order related questions or tasks.
• Be available for annual inventory counts.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Be safety aware, follow all safety guidelines and wear all required PPE.
• Other warehouse, shipping & logistics activities as required.

Job Summary
