Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is hiring Warehouse Workers in Flower Mound, TX. Starting pay is $20.16 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with second shift Monday–Friday 12:00pm–8:30pm. This full-time role offers benefits and weekly pay.

Work includes receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory management in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Can safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up/sit-down lift equipment.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload pallets, totes, drums, etc. following procedures.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Receive and store inventory per processes.
• Follow dock and safety procedures when entering trailers.
• Move materials from receiving/production to storage or other areas.
• Assist with training other employees.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

We're looking for a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Worker to join our architectural coatings distribution team at The Pittsburgh Paints Co. You'll perform a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory management - all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to safely unload various pallets, totes, drums, etc.
• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Receive and put away inventory following established processes.
• Follow all dock and safety procedures associated with entering trailers.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Assist with training other employees.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to safely operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up and sit-down lift equipment.
• Ability to wear required protective gear, including gloves, safety glasses, bump hats, and other PPE, as needed.
• Must have proven experience operating handheld RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Capability of working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Available to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
