Job Summary

Responsible for supplying product to the grading line and stacking graded product onto pallets for shipment.

Responsibilities

1. Stage product from coolers to packing lines as instructed.
2. Work with line supervisor to identify and pull correct raw product.
3. Load packing lines with correct material.
4. Remove and stack empty boxes.
5. Weigh and label products as they come off the lines.
6. Stack product according to order and palletization requirements.
7. Move pallets to shipping area.
8. Ensure production area is cleaned and organized.

Qualifications

Education: High School or GED preferred but not required

Experience: None required

Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Perform work at acceptable productivity levels

Work Environment

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, infrequent up to 80 lbs
• Must stand for long periods
• Must stoop and bend frequently
