Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a dependable warehouse team member for our Fairfield, NJ operation. This is a physically demanding, full-time role with occasional overtime, requiring hard work and a focus on customer service.

You will unload and inspect heavy product (50–75 lb by hand), stage and load for customers, make deliveries in a 26' box truck, and assist with inventory and damage control to keep orders accurate and on time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must pass DOT requirements including physical, background, and MVR checks.
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and load product for customers with excellent service.

In this position you will:

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed
• Assistwith inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, andaMVR that must meetAmarrdriver standards
• Must be able to read and speak Englishper DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from7a-3:30pwith the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $25-30/hour basedon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,licensureand certifications .Additionalcompensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
