Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in West Valley City, UT. This full-time role involves heavy lifting, unloading, inspecting, and loading products in a non-climate controlled environment. You’ll work Monday–Friday 7:00a–3:30p with occasional overtime and a wage of $23–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.

• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Demonstrated history of steady employment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (50-75lb) by hand.
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers with excellent service.
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed.
• Assist with inventory and damage control.

In this position you will:

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26' box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

The Details:

This position is full-time Monday - Friday from 7:00a-3:30p with the occasional overtime. The pay rate is $23-25 based, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
