Job summary

EMR Metal Recycling in Eau Claire is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support daily site operations. You will greet customers, load and unload materials, weigh and sort different metals, and operate forklifts to move material around the yard.

This full-time, year-round role includes PTO, nine paid company holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA options, and employer-paid life insurance. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow safety rules.
• Comfort operating equipment and forklifts safely.

About the Opportunity

As a Warehouse Worker at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our Eau Claire site. In this role, you will be the first-person customers see when they come in the door. During your day, you'll help customers load and unload materials, sort and move various types and grades of metals, and operate forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with unloading materials
• Weigh, sort, and identify types of metals
• Operate forklifts to transfer material within the yard
• Load material for transportation
• Clean and maintain the yard and work areas
