Job summary

Tools & Accessories Corp in Maryland is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to support daily operations, including pulling orders, loading/unloading, and preparing deliveries for pickup or shipment.

You will help maintain safety, organize the warehouse, and work closely with teammates to ensure accurate inventory and high service standards. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, wear protective gear, and operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull materials and place for customer pick up or delivery; loading/unloading trucks as necessary.
• Maintain health and safety compliance per company policy.
• Maintain inventory controls to minimize material damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company standards.

Job description

• The hours for this position may vary but are typically-Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Evenings & Weekends-OFF
• The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, proper product order pulling and delivery set-up.

What You'll Do

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy
• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place in appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery; loading and unloading trucks as necessary
• Maintain inventory controls through minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy
• Be able to organize the warehouse and manage bin locations
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
• Workers are required to lift up to 50 lbs, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear and steel-toed boots
• Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards
• Must be able to think for yourself & problem solve
