Job description

Join a dedicated team in creating trophies and plaques for achievements. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are picked and processed accurately to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to effectively pick items from the work sheet.
• Understand location breakdowns, such as Isle 37, Section A, and the 3rd shelf.
• Match item numbers on work orders to item numbers on boxes and gather specific quantities.
• Utilize a pick order sheet; RF scanners are not used.
• Occasionally use the company computer to look up locations or orders.
• During the busiest season, manage up to 100 orders a day while being on your feet.
• Use ladders to access higher shelves as needed.
• Constantly lift weights between 15-30 lbs.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure consistent attendance and focus on tasks.
• Use a walk rider for accessing higher shelves, requiring comfort with heights and training.
• Ability to stand on feet all day.
• Basic warehouse and production experience.
• Reliability and a solid work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in packing, inventory, and order picking.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and RF scanners is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
