Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch in Boise is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker. In this role, you will manage processed and donated goods, maintain inventory, and ensure organized warehouse operations. Your work contributes to providing resources for our programs that support Idaho’s youth.

As a Warehouse Worker in one of our Distribution Centers, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by managing processed and donated goods, stocking and maintaining inventory, and receiving customer donations, all of which contribute to sending quality goods to our stores for sale; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Must Haves

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work with little supervision
• Have a valid Idaho driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to be forklift certified

Our Warehouse Workers

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
• Unload donated goods, write receipts, hand out company literature, thank donors
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, and product properly staged/stored
• Have a safety mindset
