Main Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate correct products have been selected and are damage-free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend training, hold conversations, receive safety and job coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical roles preferred, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction.
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.
