Responsibilities include inspecting furniture quality, operating a lift truck and barcode system, and assisting with unboxing when needed. Holiday, evening, and weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school education.

• Ability to read, write, add and subtract whole numbers.
• Requires good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to inspect furniture for standards of quality.

Job Description

Ethan Allen is looking for a reliable, energetic warehouse worker to assist in the loading and unloading of furniture and accessories on and off trucks following company procedures. Additional duties and responsibilities include the ability to inspect furniture for standards of quality; operate a lift truck and dolly; operate a barcode scan gun and associated scanning system and assist with unboxing furniture for inspection, when needed. Holiday, evening and weekend work may be required.

Education

High school education.

Experience
