Job description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general labor, warehouse maintenance, and safely loading and unloading parts using a pallet jack, hand truck, or forklift. Responsibilities

1. Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products using a forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment.
2. Follow work instructions and safety practices to complete daily tasks accurately and record time promptly.
3. Record receipts on appropriate forms or logbooks and verify documentation.
4. Support operational processes to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations.
5. Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation, inspecting pallets for accuracy and damages.
6. Communicate issues and ideas to management, suggesting process improvements.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area and support warehouse security and safety protocols.
8. Participate in training programs and adhere to safety guidelines.
9. Perform forklift duties and learn to containerize loads.
10. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
11. Assist with warehouse maintenance tasks such as cleaning and equipment storage.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution centers.
• Basic math and reading skills for job tasks and documentation.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
