What you'll do?

Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in pallet assembly. Lift pallets to examine for defects, remove defective boards, and fix nail-related issues. Understand pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the quality control station.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

Overtime as needed. Plus performance incentives!

Duties Include:

• Work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Visually inspect pallets for defects such as broken boards, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination. Correct non-compliant defects.
• Remove damaged boards with pry bar/hammer
• Clean area during and at the end of the shift
• Work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
