Job summary

Crescent Electric is hiring for a warehouse associate in Denver, CO. The role runs Monday through Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm, with no weekends. You will cut wire, kit orders, and manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift certification.

• 1+ year warehouse experience; wire cutting/CNC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire cutting using reel-to-reel and coiler machines.
• Conduit order kitting and sub-assembly per customer specs.
• Receive, pick, relocate, and store wire and pipe; load for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Assist with RF scanning, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Job description

Shift

Monday – Friday, 11:30am – 8:00pm. No weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform wire cutting using reel‑to‑reel and coiler machines.
• Conduct order kitting and sub‑assembly operations to customer specification.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and set up parallels.
• Receive, pick, relocate, and put away wire and pipe; load pipe on trucks for delivery.
• Complete certification to perform Pulling Heads, if required by manufacturer.
• Assist with warehouse activities using an RF scanner: pick, pack, ship, receive, put‑away, cycle count, inventory, and process outbound audits.
• Coordinate with supervisor or manager on all value‑added services activities and performance.
• Proactively problem‑solve issues.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet movers, sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts, high‑lift reach trucks, order picker).
• Maintain the warehouse so it is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.

Skills

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.

• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• 1+ year experience operating a stand‑up reach forklift, power pallet jack, cherry picker, or sit‑down forklift.
• 1+ year warehouse experience.
• 1+ year experience in wire cutting, CNC, machine operation, or production (preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay: $22.50 – $24.50 with a shift premium of $1.25 per hour.

Physical Demands
