Responsibilities

• Operate wire cutting machines and related warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Verify product type, gauge, length, and labeling accuracy before order completion
• Accurately record wire cuts and material usage in the inventory management system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wire cutting area
• Inspect wire and cable for defects or damage prior to cutting and shipment
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Cleveland, OH branch for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Wire Associate to join our electrical distribution team (M-F – 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM +OT). Part-Time consideration will be given.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Wire Associate is responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, labeling, and preparing electrical wire and cable products to meet customer specifications. • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse experience


• Experience in electrical distribution or familiarity with wire and cable products
