Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Wave Planning Coordinator to manage and monitor routine warehouse tasks, ensuring accurate wave completion in the WMS and orderly dispatch. You will print orders, update load sheets, and coordinate with selectors and replenishers to meet stock needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3 months to 1 year of related experience, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems, enabling accurate calculation and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment.
• PC literate with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic quantity calculations and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and monitors the work of warehouse personnel.
• Completes waves in the warehouse management system.
• Prints orders in dispatch order.
• Updates the wave and load sheet.
• Facilitates communication between selectors and replenishers for stock needs.

What you will be doing:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 3 months to 1 year related experience and/or training
• Experience with warehouse equipment
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to apply basic calculations as related to quantities of product picked
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
