Job summary

Safety-Kleen in San Diego, CA is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Material Handler) to perform all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. You will unload containers, stock materials, prepare loads for shipment, and help maintain a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in warehouse tasks.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and safety rules.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision when needed.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload containerized waste from route trucks and reload with supplies.
• Ensure waste and containers are in acceptable shipping condition.
• Stock warehouse with received materials and prepare loads for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the branch; observe safety guidelines.
• Perform minor repairs on parts washers and assist with inventory counts.
• Follow all local, state, and federal compliance requirements.
