Purpose of Role:

Responsible for overseeing various warehouse activities including shipping & receiving of materials, maintaining accurate inventory and records, and ensuring the facility’s equipment and materials are kept in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve high customer satisfaction, maintain processes, housekeeping, and safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily floor operations in the warehouse.

Essential Functions:

1. Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to meet daily goals and safety requirements.
2. Coordinate with office teams to ensure loads meet appointment, labeling, and documentation requirements.
3. Plan the day proactively to maximize productivity and efficiency, reporting to work before shifts start.
4. Work with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure inventory data accuracy.
5. Assign daily workloads and follow up on progress.
6. Perform monthly audits as assigned by Quality.
7. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and documentation such as inspection reports are submitted.
8. Follow up on KPIs and ensure expectations are met.
9. Address performance issues and resolve problems respectfully.
10. Manage daily operations issues like shipping schedules, re-packs, cut-offs, and hot items.
11. Coach the team to adapt to a versatile environment.
12. Communicate effectively with team members.
13. Train, guide, evaluate team members, and report to the Warehouse Manager.
14. Ensure accurate completion of team documentation.
15. Record data points using handheld devices.
16. Follow work instructions and safety policies.
17. Participate in physical and cycle counts.
18. Execute tasks accurately, timely, and safely.
19. Identify damages, report overages, shortages, or quality issues.
20. Assist with performance evaluations.
21. Adhere to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety standards.
22. Promote and embody the RBT culture.
23. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
