Vault Attendants are responsible for ensuring that Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive correct orders, schedules, equipment, and money to service clients safely and efficiently. They handle check-in and check-out of routes, custody changes, paperwork, and equipment including handheld scanners and data entry devices. They may also perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader responsibilities based on operational needs.

Willing to Obtain: D&G Licenses

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Second/Evening shift: 3:00 pm - 1:00 am

Starting Pay: $17.50/hour

Job Requirements

• Distribute and receive moneybags, receipts, route guides, keys, and schedules to Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders.
• Verify bulk money received from vault, departments, and external sources.
• Assist in tracking, resolving, and reporting missing or misrouted items.
• Ensure collection of identification cards, fuel cards, route keys, deposits, moneybags, receipts, and equipment at shift end.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s licenses with a satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Obtain and maintain all required guard and gun permits per state.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including radio communication.
