Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in Whitestone, NY is seeking a Warehouse Utility Worker to support our Metro NY Warehouse team. You will hand-build pallets, load and unload trucks, and ensure order accuracy using a forklift and pallet jack.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and the ability to meet physical demands on a full-time onsite schedule. Mon–Fri 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse work.
Experience operating forklift and powered pallet jack.
Experience with racking systems and loading pallets.
Must be 18+ and able to work legally in the United States.
Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Reliable attendance and full-time onsite availability.

Responsibilities

Maintaining the stability of pallet stacking.
Operate powered pallet jack or forklift to move products to the picking area and build pallets or loads according to load sheets or voice-pick audio equipment.
Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
Wrap and stage completed pallets for truck loading.
Submit order documentation for verification before loading trucks.
Hand-build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks.
