Title: Warehouse Utility

Duration: 2+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: Onsite

Shift: Mon-Fri (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safely maneuver pallets of full goods in the warehouse
2. Load pallets of full goods onto third-party carrier trailers
3. Receive domestic orders from other client facilities
4. Maintain housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and forklift
5. Problem solve independently and in team settings
6. Complete daily Loader Activity Log
7. Execute dock schedule with 100% accuracy
8. Maximize dock door utilization and line load
9. Provide direction to warehouse staff and palletizers as needed
10. Process pick tickets accurately
11. Receive inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrival
12. Maintain yard management accuracy
13. Communicate with yard utilities and carriers to improve dock efficiency
14. Maintain dock office at or above 90% 5S standards
15. Resolve order and goods issue discrepancies
16. Complete order exceptions as needed
17. Communicate proactively within warehouse and other departments for issue resolution and process improvements
18. Perform other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform all shipping and receiving processes (Domestic and ASA)
• Ability to read pick tickets and identify quality deficiencies (leakers, damaged cases, etc.) and place pallets on hold
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible working hours, including overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Manual tasks including lifting up to 42 lbs.

PPE Requirements:

Personal Protective Equipment as required
