Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates in Portland, OR. The role involves a variety of warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, selecting, freight handling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general housekeeping under the guidance of site leadership.

The position is physically demanding, fast-paced and requires lifting 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience helps, but on‑the‑job training is available. You’ll work Monday–Friday with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload, selecting, freight handling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and site cleanup as directed by leadership.

5:00AM until Finish Monday-Friday

$600 - $1200+/weekly

EPJ experience preferred

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
