You will unload shipments, verify items against documentation, sort and arrange stock for easy access, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts to keep workflows safe and efficient.

Qualifications

We are seeking energetic candidates to join our Colonial Heights, VA facility as a Warehouse Unloader. This fast-moving environment relies on dedicated team members to handle the intake, organization, and storage of our inventory. Key Duties

Process incoming freight by unloading shipments and confirming accuracy against documentation.
Improve warehouse accessibility by sorting and arranging inventory items systematically.
Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to help maintain a safe and productive workflow.
Support a secure environment by keeping the workspace tidy and orderly.
Contribute to inventory accuracy by assisting with stock replenishment tasks.
Work alongside colleagues to ensure all daily processing targets are achieved.
Help minimize losses by immediately notifying management of any damaged goods or shipment errors.

Required Skills and Background

A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred for this role.
Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
Must be capable of performing manual labor, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity even when working under tight deadlines.
