Analyze the output to ensure that loads are built to maximize both safety and efficiency while loading and unloading products.* Maintain equipment and ensure the proper supply of all necessary materials to facilitate successful loading and unloading processes. Order supplies as needed.* Respond to all driver concerns regarding loads built with Truck Builder. Adjust loads as necessary to address concerns and maximize efficiency.* Assist in loading trailers as needed to meet daily production goals.* Other duties as assigned by manager.**WORK ENVIRONMENT*** Work will take place at a desk in an office environment and within normal warehouse environments including cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may be as low as -5 degrees.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS****Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*** Effective communication both verbally and in writing.* Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.* Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.* Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to solve problems of limited scope.* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support others in the department and division.**Education*** High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** One year of experience in a warehouse preferred.**Certifications/Training*** Experience with Truck Builder software preferredCompensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).
